At Strata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your new furniture or decor doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and either drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
